1. Planning
It’s important that we talk and get to know you and your business. We take the time to understand your requirements and ask questions, so we can be sure to provide the best possible solutions that are right for your business and to determine what goals the new website needs to fulfill. i.e. what its purpose is, what web pages and features the site requires.
2. Design
We will create a design for you using all the features you requested to review and then work with you until you are happy. We offer unlimited revisions and it’s important that we do not start the build until you are ready. Our aim is to combine your brand with the appropriate look and feel on the web. We explore brand, fonts, colours, and usability.
3. Development
This is where your website is brought to life. We’ll build a working system that matches the final designs. We add appropriate functionality depending your requirements, for example image galleries, a blog, video etc. turning the design into your site. At this point we also add your content if you have chosen this and perform functionality and browser testing.
4. Testing
This is where we throw everything we’ve got at it to make sure it works and any issues are under control. By now, you've got all your pages and defined how they display to the site visitor, so it's time to make sure it all works combining manual browsing of the site on a variety of devices with automated site crawlers to identify everything from user experience issues to simple broken links. It’s better to do it now than present a broken site to the public.
5. Launch
Once everything's working beautifully, it's time to plan and execute your site launch! Your new site is now on the world wide web. This should include planning both launch timing and communication strategies - i.e. when will you launch and how will you let the world know? We will also let Google know to index the website starting its journey towards your audience. After that, it's time to break out the bubbly.
6. Support
You should know we’re in it for the long haul. Our genuine care for clients sets us apart, we’re always on hand to assist with technical issues, even on weekends. We’re here when you need to make improvements or add new functionality. Building a website is just the start for us. After the website is live, we maintain a partnership with you by providing support assistance and ongoing maintenance to the website.
